We do 3 things and

we do them well

Winter Storage

Safe, Sound and Secure

We have been storing boats here since 1972. At Pope’s Landing, your boat will be handled by professionals who will ensure it is properly blocked and standed on level ground. Multiple power and water stations are located throughout the facility to help with commissioning and winterizing. Our entire yard is lit up like Fenway Park at night for added security and someone is onsite 24 hours a day to keep an eye on things. Our dogs, Max and Ilsa, are also on duty as an added measure. The boats are spaced to provide 360° access around each vessel and to leave plenty of room for shrink wrapping, waxing and detailing.

Summer Slips

A Getaway In Your Backyard

For over forty years, our slips and Valet Rack Spaces have provided a quiet, family atmosphere for your summer enjoyment. We can accommodate boats up to fifty feet and power and water are available at each slip and Valet Rack Space. Having been recently dredged, all boats enjoy access regardless of the tides. A limited number of dock boxes are available on a first come, first served basis. Self serve ice, vending machines, and a grill and a picnic area are located on the pier by the office. We also offer kayak and dinghy storage. Ample parking is just steps away from both gangways and we pride ourselves in having the cleanest baths and showers in New England.

We also service Volvo Penta and are a factory authorized Formula repair and warranty center. Pope’s Landing also provides expert fiberglass repairs by Doucette Fiberglass along with detailing and shrink wrapping. All boat-handling services are contracted through Jocelyn Marine, an industry loader for decades.
